I had a lovely stay at this hotel which is just a stone's throw away from Dollywood and many other attractions in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were roomy, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great place to relax. The service was exceptional, with a friendly front desk staff that made us feel welcome. On the downside, the breakfast options could use some improvement, particularly for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, it's a solid choice, balancing a great location with very good room quality.
